College Application Bootcamps are short-term, high-impact programs designed to help students tackle specific parts of the college application process. Each bootcamp is tailored to a specific part of the application process so students can get the appropriate support at the right time.

  • The ideal Bootcamp student is someone who

    • is actively applying to college.

    • is looking for step-by-step guidance on a specific part of the college application process.

    • can commit to attending live sessions and completing homework between meetings.

    • is motivated and ready to jump into a fast-paced and task-focused course.

  • Each bootcamp is different! Take a look at the upcoming bootcamps listed below for specifics. In general, for each bootcamp you can expect:

    • Live instruction in a small-group setting

    • Structured lessons with live demos and examples

    • Feedback to help revise and refine assignments

    • Tools such as planners, templates, and checklists to stay on track

    • A clear roadmap for tackling a specific aspect of the college process

  • Topics change throughout the year to align with the admissions timeline. Bootcamps may focus on:

    • Creating a Strong College List

    • Writing Personal Statements

    • Drafting and Refining Supplemental Essays

    • Navigating the Common App

    • Prepping for Interviews or Resumes

  • Join the Meetings: Sessions are held live on Zoom at pre-scheduled times.

Participate: Bootcamps are run in small groups to encourage participation and interaction among attendees.

Complete Homework: Follow the bootcamp schedule to complete all homework assignments before the deadline.

Receive Feedback: Use the provided feedback to edit and update your assignments.

Follow-Up: Continue joining bootcamp sessions to discuss feedback, hear from other students, and ask additional questions.

  • Bootcamps are offered year-round and strategically timed to align with the ongoing application cycle. Students should be actively applying to college as rising seniors or current seniors.

It is recommended to reserve your spot early. Space is limited to keep groups small and interactive. Registration closes when space is full.

  • Unlike generic webinars or massive courses, these bootcamps are:

    • Small, personalized, and hands-on

    • Led by an experienced college consultant who’s guided hundreds of students across the country through the application process

    • Focused on actually getting tasks done, not just learning about them

Students won’t just sit back and listen. They’ll write, revise, build, and leave with real progress made.
