Executive Function Coaching
Grades 8-12

  • Practical skill-building to strengthen organization, time management, and study habits.

    Executive Function Coaching (10-Session Program)

    Students complete a comprehensive evaluation to build a personal EF profile, which uncovers priority skill areas. During weekly sessions, students build real-world skills in their priority areas and develop systems they can use independently.

    What’s Included:

    • Initial Evaluation: Identify current habits, strengths, and challenges across core functions to set individualized goals

    • Eight Skill-Building Sessions: Each one-hour meeting focuses on a a priority area, which may include:

      1. Organization & Planning

      2. Time Management

      3. Task Initiation & Focus

      4. Goal Setting & Motivation

      5. Working Memory & Follow-Through

      6. Self-Monitoring & Emotional Regulation

      7. Study Habits & Test-Taking Skills

    • Progress Review: Assess growth, reinforce strategies, and create a plan for continued success

    • Take-home worksheets and printable tools are provided to reinforce practice between sessions and build independent systems students can continue using long after sessions end

  • Executive Function Coaching Program: $750

    • Includes 10, one-hour sessions

      • One evaluation session
