Executive Function Coaching

Executive Function Coaching (10-Session Program)
Students complete a comprehensive evaluation to build a personal EF profile, which uncovers priority skill areas. During weekly sessions, students build real-world skills in their priority areas and develop systems they can use independently.
What’s Included:
Initial Evaluation: Identify current habits, strengths, and challenges across core functions to set individualized goals
Eight Skill-Building Sessions: Each one-hour meeting focuses on a a priority area, which may include:
Organization & Planning
Time Management
Task Initiation & Focus
Goal Setting & Motivation
Working Memory & Follow-Through
Self-Monitoring & Emotional Regulation
Study Habits & Test-Taking Skills
Progress Review: Assess growth, reinforce strategies, and create a plan for continued success
